1. Interview Schedule

We conduct the interview at our trade center after the company has given the date of the interview. This will not only help in speeding up the recruitment process but will also allow timely schedule of interviews for both the candidate and the appointed manager. Interviews are conducted in stages which gives us the level of eligibility of the candidates in the examinations conducted at our trade centers, such as audio-video rounds and technical tests etc.

2. Verification of Candidates

This is the second step during the interview. This process is done individually and it helps in getting the best quality candidates. In this process the background of the candidate's education, experience, personal and medical history is checked.

3. Documentation

An Agreement is required by both parties to accept the terms and conditions mentioned. This may contain power of attorney, demand letter and agreement of employee.

4. Insurance and visa process

The OODAAN team assists the applicant in any difficulty for visa and insurance process.

5. Onboarding process

The action of integrating a new employee into an organization or familiarizing a new organization with one's services. it is HR's job is to introduce and integrate new employees into the new company and its environment. Onboarding begins when the employee is offered until he / she becomes a productive employee of the organization.

6. Service Post Departure

This step has always played an important role for long term relation between employer and the new employees. our assistant takes personal care of our candidates and guide them what to do, where to go and whom to contact after reaching the destination. every time our counselors will be in touch with them and will be there for any help until they are fully satisfied and settled.
