Process

1.
Obtaining work orders

Orders received from client are monitored prior to execution. This order may include, job details, estimated costs, implementation work information, dates and time to execution.

2.
Creating a profile

We begin to collect profiles that match the work order. Our team gather profiles, organizes them and studies each profile separately, modifies it in the appropriate format and sends it to clients. Doing so helps to use each person's strengths wisely in a specific area.

3.
Preliminary interviews

Preliminary interviews are the recourse for any job. This determines the eligibility of the applicant for the job. This allows verification of the applicant's education, skills and work experience.

Document verification

Verification and validation takes place with the documents such as - Identity proof, Education documents, address proof, government id, and photograph. These documents are thoroughly examined along with the original documents to check the authenticity of all documents.

Selecting Candidates

Interview and verification of documents in these 2 steps a short list of candidates who are completely clear is made. Candidates wishing to proceed are notified by the team.

Submitting list to the client

After notifying the candidates, their specific file is created. This list simplifies the eligibility process for candidates and the company's recruitment team. This list is sent to the company for further processing.

7.
Setting an interview date

It is HR's job to fix the date and time of the interview after submitting the application. The client is contacted to decide which way to conduct the interview, such as face-to-face / audio-video / trade test etc. The date is determined by the technical skills test and the availability of the venue.

8.
Arrangements for the interview

Team sends the required details and procedure of how the interview will be. We make all arrangements for the interviews for all the rounds to be conducted.

9.
Practical ability trial

Practical skills are important to understand how best the candidate is eligible for the concerned role. We have our trade trial centers in India for required skills with all equipment's such as welders, CNC operators, electrician, fitter etc.

10.
Receiving a selection list

A list of selected candidates is received from the client's HR after each round of interviews. We immediately begin the next recruitment process.

11.
Police verification

This process includes getting the PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) of the selected candidates. Police verification process deals with verifying the address (permanent and current) mentioned in the attestations of documents. The criminal records are checked for all the selected candidates.

12.
Insurance and Visa process

Once the PCC is done, we immediately ask to client for the work permit process, once we receive the work permit, we do insurance of all the selected candidates, and then we apply for the visa.

Pre-departure cognition

Overall orientation is taken for all the selected candidates, candidates are given detailed information about the country, culture, precautions to be taken by the candidates regarding their behavior, terms of agreement, customer expectations from new entrants, important things to take, documents etc.

14.
Departure

All the departure procedure is taken care by us at all stapes right from giving all the required documents to the candidate, to the take off.

15.
Arrival at job place

We have a local presence in European countries, which makes the whole process smoother in other countries as well. One member of our team is available to assist the candidates in full coordination after their arrival in the country.

16.
Enrollment in the company

At this stage the most important part is enrollment of the candidate in the company. If the client is not able to coordinate with the candidate due to language constraint, we try to be a coordinator between client and the candidates to smoothen the process.

17.
Post enrollment instructions

The main intention with this instruction is about the behavior of employees in the area of company and the stay area. This step has always played an important role for long term relation between employer and the new employees.

18.
Local help to candidates

- Local assistance is provided to the candidates till they settle in the new place. Our main agenda is to comfort both parties and we do our best to serve clients and candidates even when the placement process is complete.
